To be able to follow a course and take the written exam, you must be registered for a course in OSIRIS. Also see the Osiris Manual. Below you can find the instructions per bachelor year.

Bachelor 1

B1 students: you are automatically registered by BSc Programme Management for the bachelor 1 courses in OSIRIS. Students who have not passed a subject after the regular test are automatically registered by Programme Management for the re-sit exam. Please note: for re-sits you follow a different procedure.

In general, after you have successfully been enrolled in a course in OSIRIS you are automatically registered for all of the examinations of the course (with the exception of the re-sit examination, if applicable). If you have been correctly registered in OSIRIS for a course you will automatically be enrolled on the Canvas page within 24 hours.

Bachelor 2

B2 students: you are automatically registered by BSc Programme Management for the bachelor 2 courses in OSIRIS. Please note: for re-sits you follow a different procedure.

B2 students who still need to re-sit a B1/B2 course are automatically registered for the course and the regular exam.

If you are a B2 student and have passed all first-year courses, but you want to retake a first-year course to improve your grade, you must register for the relevant course via Osirisno later than one week before the start of the course. Important: in all cases you have to take the entire course again. It is not possible to include partial grades. Please note: you can NOT make use of the late registration procedure. See this website for more information.
