Students who want to retake a course to improve their grade, need to register for it themselves.
Important: in all cases you must take the entire course again including all examination parts. Partial grades from a previous academic year will not be transferred.
Below you can find the instructions for each bachelor year:
- Bachelor 1 and Bachelor 2:
Register via Osiris no later than one week before the course starts. See the Osiris Manual for more details. Registration opens around 2-4 weeks before the course begins.
If you have missed the course registration deadline, you may only participate in the regular examination if the assessment consists of 100% written test. The same applies to the re-sit examination; you may only participate if the assessment consists of 100% written test.
In order to take part in the regular exam or the re-sit, you need to register yourself via Osiris Student 26-5 working days before the date of the written test. If you miss this re-sit registration deadline, late registration fees apply.
- Bachelor 3:
- B3 general courses: register via Osiris no later than one week before the course starts.
- Track courses: register via bachelor3@rsm.nl no later than one week before the course starts.
- B3 RSM electives: every year you must participate in the lottery again and you cannot claim a spot in the same elective(s) you have previously taken.
- B3 minors: every year you must register through the regular channel again and you cannot claim a spot in the same minor you have previously taken.
- Pre-master students: Register for a re-sit by emailing premaster@rsm.nl
