There are two ways to share your feedback.

Evasys Surveys

At the end of each course you will receive an email from Programme Management with separate surveys covering both the teaching and the examinations in your courses.

These evaluations are incredibly important for improving the learning experience. Your feedback helps instructors refine their teaching methods and better align exams with course objectives. Make sure to always communicate your constructive feedback in a respectful manner.

This video explains what happens with the results.

Student Representation (SR)

If you'd like to share any concerns, compliments or general feedback about the quality of your courses, please send an email to the corresponding representative RSM via feedbackIBA@rsmsr.nl.

RSM SR is the feedback channel between the students and the faculty personnel about courses and RSM in general.

While writing the mail, we ask you to keep in mind the following points:

  • Be clear & concise – State your request first, then explain. Keep it structured and brief.
  • Clear subject line – Make the purpose immediately visible.
  • Correct recipient – Double-check the e-mail address and contact the right person only.
  • Professional sender – Use your EUR account or a professional e-mail address.
  • Professional tone – Be formal, respectful, and avoid emoticons, sarcasm, or CAPS LOCK.
  • Check before sending – Review spelling, tone, and attachments.
  • Be patient – Allow time for a reply before following up.
  • Avoid unnecessary e-mails – Don’t ask for information you can find yourself.
  • Use CC sparingly – Only when truly necessary.
